two days after the weightlifting. swollen elbow. This could be the cause. Nothing broken. what is causing the swelling?

tendenitis nothing more. Try to take Aleve. Its anti-inflammatory properties. Even if you have a good pump, the training theres no way that a bomb or swelling is still there after 2 days. This injury is related, but not painful right now.
